We tried to book a block of rooms here for our wedding and unfortunately had such terrible communication and organization that we cancelled our booking and switched to a more competently run hotel. My mother was communicating with an employee to make the booking and she regularly took a week or more to respond to emails or phone calls. When she finally did get a contract to us for review it was for an event that wasn’t even ours. She then sent several other incorrect contracts for our event with the wrong dates. My mother contacted the manager who was helpful after the first mistake but eventually stopped returning her calls/emails. Overall this was a huge waste of our time and would definitely not recommend staying here or trying to book a block of rooms.

Just to piggyback on my daughter's review of trying to book a block of rooms for her wedding this past summer. I appreciate the manager's response but he was the one who never called me back after I talked to him once regarding his staff's inefficiency. I left him at least 3 more voicemails which he didn't return, including the fact his employee sent me the wrong contract FOUR times before getting it right. I spent almost 4 months trying to arrange all of this with them before giving up. Once we finally decided to go elsewhere, it took 3 phone calls and we were all set. It shouldn't be so hard.

Holy cow. The room we had #202 had a toilet that was only a foot off the ground. It was the smallest toilet we’ve ever seen. The pillows were hard and I had to sleep sideways in the bed so I wasn’t in the very worn out part of the bed. The elevator did not have the inspection displayed like it should be. The breakfast was same as all the other hie’s.

The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They made the place feel like home. The room was great--very spacious with everything we needed. The hot breakfast turned out not to be as tasty as it looked in the pictures on the website, but the coffee was good.

Comfortable bed, surprisingly good continental breakfast, and pleasant staff. The exercise gym left something to be desired. They didn’t have a working fan, the water dispenser didn’t work, and they were missing multiple weights. All around a good hotel.

Congrats to whoever received the gift I left in the fridge of a 6 pack of legit craft brew! Place was decent. Breakfast was great but the toaster kept tripping the breaker and the lady did nothing about it. Move the toaster people. Quiet. Location: 20 mins to fiesta park.
